The Monroe County Sheriff PBA Inc. is the union representing the hardworking professionals of the Police Bureau of the Monroe County Sheriff's Office in Rochester, NY.
As dedicated law enforcement officers, we are committed to serving and protecting the citizens of Monroe County with honor, integrity, and bravery. Our members work tirelessly each day to maintain public safety, respond to emergencies, investigate crimes, and build strong community partnerships.

Mission Statement
The Monroe County Sheriff's Police Benevolent Association is dedicated to supporting and empowering the hardworking law enforcement professionals of the Monroe County Sheriff's Office Road Patrol.
Our mission is to:
Advocate for the rights, benefits, and workplace protections of our members
Promote professional development and ensure our members have the training and resources needed to serve the community effectively and safely
Foster positive community relations and build trust between law enforcement and the citizens of Monroe County
Provide charitable support and assistance to our members and their families in times of need
Uphold the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism within the Sheriff's Office
Work collaboratively with Sheriff's Office leadership and county officials to advance the interests of our members and the law enforcement profession
